Return Window
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Return Requirements
To qualify for a return:
• Item must be unused and in its original condition
• Item must include all parts and hardware
• Proof of purchase is required
How to Start a Return
To begin a return, contact us at your email with your order number and reason for return.
We will provide instructions within 2 business days.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.
Shipping costs are non‑refundable unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Exceptions (Non‑Returnable Items)
• Custom or personalized orders
• Made‑to‑order items
• Items finished in a customer‑selected stain or color
• Clearance or final‑sale items
• Items showing signs of use, damage, or alteration
• Natural variations in wood grain, knots, or color (not considered defects)
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage.
We will repair, replace, or refund the item depending on the situation.
